What exactly is sugaring?
Sugaring removes hair with a paste of just sugar, water and lemon, applied at body temperature and removed in the natural direction of growth — gentler than wax, with less irritation and fewer ingrowns.
Does it hurt?
There's a sensation, but because the paste only grips hair and dead skin it's noticeably more comfortable than waxing for most people, and easier with each visit.
How should I prepare?
Let hair grow to about two to three weeks, exfoliate gently a day or two before, and arrive clean and lotion-free.
